1Is CDL Prep Pro free?
Yes! CDL Prep Pro is completely free to download and use. All 200+ questions across all 8 categories are available at no cost. An optional one-time purchase removes ads if you prefer an uninterrupted experience.
2How do I remove ads?
Tap the 'Remove Ads' option on the home screen or within the app. A one-time purchase permanently removes all ads. Your purchase is tied to your Apple ID and can be restored on any device.
3I purchased Remove Ads but ads are still showing. What do I do?
Open the app, go to the home screen, and tap "Remove Ads" then look for the "Restore Purchases" button. Make sure you're signed into the same Apple ID you used to purchase. If the issue persists, contact us at sleeptradewin@gmail.com.
4Can I use CDL Prep Pro on multiple devices?
Yes. Your Remove Ads purchase is tied to your Apple ID. Sign in with the same Apple ID on any of your devices and use Restore Purchases to re-activate ad-free mode at no extra charge.
5How many questions are in the app?
CDL Prep Pro includes 200+ practice questions covering all CDL exam topics: General Knowledge, Air Brakes, HazMat, Combination Vehicles, Tanker Vehicles, Doubles & Triples, Passenger Transport, and School Bus.
6Are the questions up to date?
Yes. Our question bank is based on the current FMCSA CDL manual and reflects the most recent exam guidelines.
7Does the app work offline?
Yes. All questions are stored on-device. You can practice anywhere — no internet connection required after installation.
8I found an incorrect answer. How do I report it?

9How do I request a refund?

Already purchased? Restore your unlock
If you reinstalled the app or switched devices, you don't need to buy again. Open CDL Prep Pro, tap any locked category, and use the "Restore Purchases" button. Your unlock will be restored instantly — free of charge.
Requires the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
